Human Rights

Human rights are the fundamental rights and freedoms that inherently belong to all individuals, regardless of nationality, sex, ethnicity, religion, or any other status. These rights are based on the principles of dignity, equality, and respect, and they encompass a wide range of civil, political, economic, social, and cultural rights. Human rights aim to ensure that every person can live freely and with dignity, promoting justice and equality while protecting individuals from abuse and discrimination. Common examples include the right to life, freedom of speech, the right to a fair trial, the right to education, and the right to privacy. Human rights are often enshrined in national laws and international treaties, such as the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and serve as a framework for governments and societies to uphold and protect the wellbeing of their citizens.
